Your Rights and Obligations
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 75bd2 platform, including all sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash game services. By accessing or using 75bd2, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document. Please read them carefully before placing any wager or making any financial transaction on the platform.

01 Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire document, including all schedules, policies, and supplementary rules incorporated by reference.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration
Access to and use of the 75bd2 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that each of the following criteria is met and continues to be met for the duration of your use of the platform.
- You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
- You have not previously had a 75bd2 account terminated for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 75bd2 or any of its game and data providers.
- All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes.
During registration, you will be required to provide a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and your mobile number. You must not use a false name, impersonate another person, or provide false contact details. 75bd2 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
03 Account Rules and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 75bd2 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access or use your account under any circumstances.
- You must choose a strong, unique password for your 75bd2 account and update it periodically.
- You must not access your account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks without taking appropriate security precautions.
- Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility until such time as you notify 75bd2 of a security breach.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 75bd2 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
- 75bd2 will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from 75bd2 and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent.
- Account credentials may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Any such transfer renders both accounts subject to immediate suspension.
75bd2 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and you acknowledge that you use the platform at your own risk with respect to general internet security conditions beyond our reasonable control.
04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on the 75bd2 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No currency conversion fees are charged by 75bd2, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
- Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 75bd2 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your account balance depending on your bank's processing times.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be reversed.
- 75bd2 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits at both the transaction level and the daily, weekly, or monthly level, either platform-wide or on a per-account basis.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting withdrawals.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
- You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal and at any subsequent point where 75bd2 determines additional verification is required.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- 75bd2 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 5 business days where additional fraud or compliance checks are required.
05 Betting and Gaming Rules
By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on 75bd2, you agree to the specific rules governing that product. General rules applicable across all 75bd2 betting and gaming products are set out below.
- All bets are final once accepted by the 75bd2 system. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out feature for that market.
- 75bd2 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error in odds, pricing, or market definition has occurred, including odds displayed due to a technical fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
- Bets placed after an event has commenced or concluded (where live betting is not available for that event) will be void and stakes returned.
- In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport and market, as published in the 75bd2 sports rules documentation.
- Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software operated by the respective game provider. 75bd2 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.
- The use of automated betting software, bots, scripting tools, or any artificial intelligence to place bets on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing discrepancies between 75bd2 and other platforms are prohibited. Accounts found to be engaged in systematic arbitrage may have winnings voided and accounts closed.
- 75bd2 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event, or game type at its discretion, including on a per-account basis where betting patterns are identified as inconsistent with recreational play.
06 Bonus and Promotional Terms
75bd2 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is offered.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your account and are clearly identified as bonus funds. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately at all times.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total value of qualifying bets you must place before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable.
- Unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering requirements at the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- Bonuses are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign a bonus to any other player or account.
- 75bd2 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or discontinue a promotional campaign at any time and without prior notice, subject to not adversely affecting any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of the change.
- Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
- Deposit bonuses are only available to players who make a qualifying deposit using an eligible payment method as stated in the promotion terms. Deposits made via certain methods may not qualify for specific promotions.
- 75bd2 reserves the right to decline or revoke a bonus where it determines that a player is abusing the promotional system, including through the use of multiple accounts, bonus stacking, or deliberate low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure.
07 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of 75bd2, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75bd2 platform.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the verification process.
- Attempting to access another user's account, or attempting to obtain another user's login credentials by any means.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
- Making deposits using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to fix outcomes, share strategies in real-time during live dealer games, or coordinate betting patterns to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works from any software, algorithm, or content forming part of the 75bd2 platform.
- Using the platform in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure or that interferes with the experience of other users.
- Attempting to introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful software into the 75bd2 platform or its underlying systems.
- Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from 75bd2 — including odds data, game content, or proprietary text — without prior written consent from 75bd2.
- Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at 75bd2 staff or other players through any communication channel.
75bd2 reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
08 Account Suspension and Closure
75bd2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account action without prior notice.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Operation of more than one account on the platform.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Sustained and systematic bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
- Extended inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account holders will be notified by email before any administrative fee is applied.
You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 75bd2 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any unsettled bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to standard verification requirements being satisfied.
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, 75bd2 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a violation occurred, forfeited funds will not be returned. Players have the right to dispute such decisions by contacting support in writing within 14 days of receiving the account closure notification.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. 75bd2 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
